In this class we hold long time for each poses and get strength of leg and hip muscles to improve your health with deep breath. Anyone who is interested in this are very welcome 😊❤️ 🌼Date :April 26 Sunday Time : from 9:00 to 10:10 🌼Fees :4,000yen for people who is a first to come to my studio. 3,000yen for people who came to this studio before. yoga mat rental 300yen 🌼Capacity : 6 people. 🌼 Studio: Mayura Address: 1-8-18 Toribami, Moriyama, Nagoya Take a local train in JR center line and drop off at Shinmoriyama station. It takes around 5mins from Chikusa station to Shinmoriyama station. The access is very easy!! You can reach the studio by 10 minutes walk from the Shinmoriyama station. Or you can also take a local train in Meitetsu Seto line and drop off at Yada station. It takes around 10 minutes from Sakae station to Yada station. It takes around 10mins walk from Yada station to this studio. Or take a subway in Meijyo Line and drop off at Nagoya Dome Mae Yada station. You can reach the studio by 15 minutes walk from the station.
