12月半ばに同居人が出ました。
そこから壁紙等張り替え済み。
現在入居可能です。(現在入居して頂く部屋は張り紙変えたばかりです。)
光熱費折半。
退去時に、平均で光熱費を支払って貰います。(詳細が翌月払いなので。)
出来ればタバコを吸わない方で、綺麗好きな女性の方、ちゃんと丁寧に扱って綺麗好きな方なら男性でも可能。

あんまり家にいないとか、実家まで遠いので遅くなった時とか、セカンドハウスなど殆ど家にいなくて寝に帰るだけという方大歓迎です!

もし、狭くても個室(5.5畳エアコン付き)の空間が欲しいという方なら、僕の部屋と交換でも構いません。
こちらは小さいですが2面窓でベランダ付きです。(本当に小さいですが一応ベランダです。)
タバコを吸われる方はここへ出て吸っても良いと思います。
わざわざ外へ出掛けなくても大丈夫です。
こちらは、かぎ代わりにノブを取ると開けれないのでカギ付きのように使って頂けます。




駅は赤羽橋へは、傘いらずで行けます。
南北線だと麻布十番まで歩いても7.8分くらいだと思います。
日比谷線は神谷町が近いですが、10分はかかると思います。
スーパーは徒歩3分程でマルエツがあります。
チャリだと麻布十番商店街まで2分程で着きます。
現在、ハンガークローゼット、パイプラック、本棚、パーテーション(ついたて)が貸出無料です!
