We are offering the second floor of our beautifully renovated kominka (traditional Japanese house) located in a quiet, nature-filled residential neighborhood—for women only.

Our family of three (a couple and our young son) lives on the first floor. Since our home is spacious, we’ve decided to share the unused two rooms on the second floor. The previous housemate lived with us for five wonderful years.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys living with others and feels comfortable becoming part of a warm, family-like atmosphere. Not just a room—but a shared lifestyle.

There’s a large garden, too, so if you enjoy gardening or want to try your hand at growing vegetables or herbs, you’re more than welcome.
We have two types of private rooms—a traditional Japanese-style washitsu and a Western-style room—both bright, furnished, and ready to move in.

The renovated kominka offers a unique and cozy living experience, full of charm and character.

We’re available for viewings any time, day or night, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you're interested!
