今回は子どもを対象とした親子での体操もあります！
是非、歴史の深い洗礼されたお寺でヨガやストレッチの体験をしてみてくださいね！

ヨガマット(レンタル500円)・お飲物・ブランケット・動きやすい服装

イベント前後に妙顕寺秋の特別拝観 作品展や紅葉が美しい妙顕寺をご堪能くださいませ。

Kyoto,Myokenji temple Yoga and Stretching
This temple is head temple of the Nichiren sect of Buddhism.
It has a rich history with a traditional atmosphere and define a unique and subtle aesthetic.
Stay away from noise in ordinary days, put yourself in silence, observing just yourself.
You may find anything small but shiny in yourself.
Temple and YOGA, are very deeply connected, since more than 4, 000 years ago.Seems that temple has that energy.
Also stretch and the training in the temple will be good time for your family♪

Enjoy to stay and walk the temple's garden before and after finishing class. Beginners and one person are welcome!
＊Cold weather is expected,so please keep up warm .
＊You can take a photo during the yoga class but please refrain from talking as it bothers other customer.
