Online support is available, so we don’t always need to meet in person. I also offer child-friendly support for parents who need assistance while attending appointments. Services Available Hospital / dental appointment booking (phone calls) Inquiries to city offices or schools Simple Japanese ⇄ English translation (emails, LINE messages, documents) Support with reservations related to housing or daily procedures General daily-life support and consultation in English ※ I do not provide medical or legal advice. ※ First-time in-person support is limited to daytime and public places only. Child-Friendly Support (Optional) I can also provide child supervision support during appointments, for example: Accompanying you to an esthetic salon, clinic, or other appointments Staying nearby and watching your child while you attend your appointment Supporting parents who feel uncomfortable leaving their child alone I am a mother of four children myself, so I am familiar with caring for young children and understand parents’ concerns. I aim to provide a calm and reassuring presence, even for small children. This service is provided together with interpretation or support services. ※ Childcare / babysitting fees are charged separately ※ Details and fees will be discussed in advance ※ This is light supervision support, not a licensed daycare service Monthly Support Option Monthly support plans are also available. This option is suitable for those who need ongoing help, such as: Regular hospital or clinic appointments Repeated communication with city offices or schools Ongoing translation of documents or messages Continuous daily-life and family support in Japan Monthly fees start from ¥15,000. Details can be discussed based on your needs. Fees (Estimate) Appointment booking / inquiry support: ¥1,500 – ¥3,000 Short translations: from ¥500 Monthly support plans: from ¥15,000 Child supervision fee: additional charge (discussed in advance) ※ Payment is required before the service starts.
