英語は必要ありません。日本語のみの方もOK。 ゲストハウスや賃貸住宅を管理する不動産会社で、メンテナンスや修理のできる方を探しています。大工、塗装、壁紙、電気、配管、タイル、セラミック、コンクリートに当てはまる技術を複数、もしくは全てお持ちの方を募集しております。工具等はご自身のものを使用して頂きます。自動車免許及びご自身の移動手段（車やトラック等）をお持ちの方を優先的に考慮させて頂きます。 報酬は経験に応じて交渉可能です。 作業内容により1件あたりのお支払い、または時間給1,800円～2,250円/時間となります。 ----------- Property Management Company looking for a maintenance and repair person. Desired skills are some or all of the following: Carpentry, painting, wall paper, electrical, plumbing, tile, ceramics and concrete, etc. Please apply if you have your own tools, and ANY or all of these skills. Candidates with their own transportation and Japanese driver’s license will be given priority consideration. Compensation is negotiable based on experience. Compensation can be per job by estimate or Hourly 1,800 ~ 2,250 yen.
