コンビニ、24時間営業スーパーマーケット、道頓堀、アメリカ村、黒門市場、デンデンタウン 歩いていけます。近くに公園、神社があります。
オーナーは、長年海外で講師として学生を教えていました。居住者の中に６か国語を理解する居住者もいます。異文化交流、言語学習者の方、海外講師志願の方等に最適です。
英語がしゃべれなくても大丈夫です。時々、希望者同士で飲食会のパーティーも開催するようなアットホームで国際的なシェアハウスです。
屋上は、洗濯物干しやBBQに使用可。　大阪の中心地の割には、大道路から入ったところなので静かな環境です。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

・保証金 は ３ヶ月以上滞在我条件で 退去時 破損、家賃滞納 等無く 問題無ければ 全て戻って来ます。
・基本的に最低3ヶ月滞在
・退去予定は1ヶ月前までにお知らせください。
・家賃支払日は毎月30日払いの前払い
・保証人は必要有りません。

Walk distance to Convenience stores, 24 hours open supermarkets, Dotonbori, American Village, Kuromon market, Denden Town. Many public spa. Some supermarket do--- buy 1 food only one cent everyday.

* Roof Balcony, shared facility( kitchen, shower room,toilet, large refrigerator and washing machine). shared utility
* Quiet atmosphere in congested area. Public park, indoor swimming pool, gym, shrine park close by.

*Owner of this facility was formerly public servant in government office in Osaka and had been in foreign countries for long time to teach students. So we can provide helpful informations on your life needs and support your plan, how and where.
There are some resident who can understand 6 different languages. It is the best place for the person who would like to be in touch different culture, Japanese language learner, who wish to be a foreign language teacher in Japan and who want to know how to cook Japanese cuisine.
If some share house mate desire, we do some pot lock party sometimes.
*If you are serious Japanese language ab-initio learner, I will give you 10 hours free lessons by certified Japanese language teacher.(It is free)
Optional If you need JLPT certificate, you can pass JLPT N5 in 3 months, JLPT N4 in 5 months.

※ This is a fully furnished facility. You can start to stay with only your luggage.

This is the international share house.
Japanese language proficiency is not necessary.

*Minimum 3 month stay basically.

*1 month advance notice before you leave.

*Rent fee pay day 30th every month pay up front next month.

*You must to have a passport and proper visa to stay in Japan.
(PR visa,Working holiday,Work visa, Student visa, etc.)
When you apply, you are required to sign a contract and show your passport.
