Kung gusto po mag-aral nang maigi iyon Japanese language,
kung gusto niyo maging Japanese language teacher sa bansa niyo,
at kung may problema kayo sa kampanya
Pumunta po kayo sa amin at kami po ang magtutulon.Sa mga gustong magaral nang Japanese language, libre po ang tutoring.
Kapag nakarating po kayo sa Nihonbashi station ng subway Sakaisuji-line at bumisita po kayo sa amin.
Matagal po ako nagtatrabaho nang Japanese language teacher at assessor sa Tesda.
Paalala sa mga nanay at tatay mula sa ibang bansa na nakatira sa Japan.
Kapag hindi po gaanong marunong magsalita nang Japanese language at
kapag mahirap i-adjust iyon anak niyo sa kultura ng Japan.
Nagtutulong po kami nang mga batang ganito kasama ang anak ko.
Ang anak ko ay labing-tatlong taong gulang at nakakaitindi nang Japanese, Pilipino, Chinese, English, Arabic, Spanish language.
Kung hindi niyo po kaya ibayaman iyon tuition fee puede libre ( kaso kailangan po ag konteng interview at may rules po dito para gawin libre)

I am native Japanese and Japanese language teacher who had been for a long in foreign countries to teach.
Any persons who is eager to master Japanese language, you will be on the level ab-intio to JLPT N5 within 3 mons, N5 within 6 mons.
Your tutoring can be arranged depending on what you want to study, Grammar, developing conversation skill, homework support, advanced skills for technical intern trainee as caregiver job and obtaining certificate, enable teaching up to teaching method of Japanese for candidate of Japanese language teacher.General tutoring fee is ￥1500/hr.
It is free tutoring if you are residing Japan AS TECHNICAL INTERN TRAINEE.
The kids who have difficulty to speak Japanese language and need to adjust to local culture in Japan due to coming from foreign country, we could support them, accompany with my son who is 12 years old,and understand Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, Arabic, Spanish language. This tutoring is free lesson if parents is difficulty to pay a tuition fee.(There is interview and certain restriction apply)

英語がしゃべれなくても大丈夫です。時々、希望者同士で飲食会のパーティーも開催するようなアットホームで国際的なシェアハウスです。
屋上は、洗濯物干しやBBQに使用可。 大阪の中心地の割には、大道路から入ったところなので静かな環境です。
・保証金 は ３ヶ月以上滞在我条件で 退去時 破損、家賃滞納 等無く 問題無ければ 全て戻って来ます。

There are some resident who can understand 6 different languages. It is the best place for the person who would like to be in touch different culture, Japanese language learner, who wish to be a foreign language teacher in Japan and who want to know how to cook Japanese cuisine.
If some share house mate desire, we do some pot lock party sometimes.
*If you are serious Japanese language ab-initio learner, I will give you 10 hours free lessons by certified Japanese language teacher.(It is free)
Optional If you need JLPT certificate, you can pass JLPT N5 in 3 months, JLPT N4 in 5 months.
※ This is a fully furnished facility. You can start to stay with only your luggage.
This is the international share house.
Japanese language proficiency is not necessary.
