※ Renewal is possible unless there are repeated complaints from neighbors or the property is turned into a hoarder's house (literally "garbage house"). Rent will not be increased, and no renewal fees will be charged at that time. If 2 years seems too short, the term length is negotiable. This is purely a risk hedge to prevent problematic tenants from overstaying, so please don't worry.
