私は、不動産業務に携わり約40年、現在63歳の男性です。
主に賃貸住宅に関し、依頼者と同行しての物件確認や、賃貸契約の立会いなど、アドバイスも含め一人では不安、強引な営業マンの言いなりで、思ったことが言えない方に、同行し、立会い、交渉サポートもします。
特に女性の場合、騙されたり、舐められたり、ストーカー被害にあう事もあります。男性の場合でも、気が弱く、言いたいことも言えず、すべて業者側の言いなりで契約し、後で後悔するケースもあります。
これらを事前に防止するための、「同行・立会い・交渉サポート」です。
※基本的に依頼者には同行いただきますが、事情により困難な場合はご相談ください。
また公序良俗､各種法令　に抵触する行為はお受け出来ません。

Mainly related to rental housing, we accompany clients to check properties, witness rental contracts, and provide advice to clients who are worried about doing it alone or are unable to express their thoughts due to the demands of pushy salespeople. We will also be present and provide negotiation support.
Especially in the case of women, they can be deceived, licked, and stalked. Even in the case of men, there are cases where they are weak-willed, unable to say what they want to say, and end up signing contracts based on the vendor's orders, only to later regret it.
It is "accompanying, witnessing, negotiation support" to prevent these in advance.
