4月18日（土）18－20時　岩国市玖珂町　玖珂体育センターでピックルボールをします。ボールとラケット（パドル）無料で貸し出します。参加費100円（見学は無料）。初心者歓迎。体育館用運動靴のみ必須（体育館までの靴と体育館用の靴を分けてください。土足用の靴でも、当日体育館までの靴と分ければ、当日靴底をきれいにすれば問題なし）。運動のできる服装と水。無料駐車場十分にあり。　参加希望の方はこちらに連絡を下さい。週1回（基本的には隔週で水曜日18時又は19時開始21時まで、土曜日18－20時）練習をしています。

[Important: Shoes Rule]
Indoor sports shoes are required.
You may use your regular outdoor sports shoes, but you must not wear the same shoes from outside into the gym.
Please bring them separately and clean the soles before entering.
This is a strict rule of the gym.

Please bring sportswear and water
Free parking is available, with plenty of spaces.

Injuries are uncommon. Basic first aid will be available, but please note that participation is at your own risk.
We practice about once a week (usually every other Wednesday from 18:00 or 19:00 to 21:00, and Saturdays from 18:00 to 20:00).
