It's a pull up machine, a pair of dumbbells, 4 workout mats, and a free medicine ball (not pictured) as well. It's all free, however, I do not have the boxes for any of them, and the original manual for the machine has been lost. You must be able to pick them up yourself via some sort of transportation.
