仕事内容: 仕事の内容 仕事はオフィスでの作業が中心で、日によっては運輸局に輸出書類を取りに行ったり、オークション会場に行って車を見たり落札したりする必要があります。仕事内容は以下の通りです。 - 荷主との輸送手配 - オークションハウスへの入札、連絡 - 事務処理 - オークションシートの翻訳 - 船荷証券の作成と記入 - 運輸局で自動車の輸出書類を入手する。 - カーリサイクルリベートフォームの記入 - お客様へのメール送信 - などなど。 ほとんどの仕事は、日本語と英語の両方で行われます。また、同僚と英語で話すこともあります。 Job description: Work will mostly be done in the office and some days you will needto go to the transportation bureau to get export documents, or go to theauction house to see and bid for cars. Job requires you to: · Organize transportation with shippers · Bid and communicate with Auction Houses · Do paperwork · Translate auction sheets · Create and fill in a bill of lading · Get export document for cars at the transportation bureau · Fill in car recycle rebate form · Email Customers · Etc. Most work you do will be in both Japanese and English.
