This share house is located in a prime area, just a 5-minute walk from Sangenjaya Station on the Den-en-toshi Line.
It’s conveniently close to Temple University and Showa Women’s University, making it an ideal option for students.
Great access to central Tokyo—only about 5 minutes to Shibuya and 15 minutes to Shinjuku by train.

Just past a cozy shopping street, you'll find a quiet residential neighborhood.
The area is vibrant, with restaurants, supermarkets, and various shops nearby.
In particular, the famous “Sankaku Chitai” bar district offers a lively nightlife unique to Sangenjaya.

Both short- and long-term stays are welcome.
Weekly or even daily payments can be arranged flexibly.
