外国人向けスポーツ自転車ツアー伴走のお手伝い可能な方を探してます。

浅草上野を中心に外国人向けの運動を目的にしたサイクルツアー事業の運営を６月下旬辺りから
展開する予定です。４時間(午前８時～午後１２時）サイクルツアーにおいて伴走して頂ける方を探してます。

雇用ではないですが１度のツアー終了後報酬金として￥3000～￥4000（簡単な英会話可能）
お渡しいたします。

お客様参加人数最大６名のツアー中ご自身が慣れるまでは最後列で伴走して頂きます。
ツアー中は約２時間（１時間ｘ２）の休憩（自走自由時間）を取りますので身体に負担ならないと思います。

外国人がお客様ですので英会話に興味ある方やスポーツ自転車に乗ってトレーニングしたい方に最適な業務だと思います。

基本的にご自身の自転車で来ていただきますがお持ちでない方はこちらで用意します
現在所有の自転車はロードバイク、クロスバイク、マウンテンバイクとなります。

※走行中はヘルメット装着して頂きます（無い方はこちらで用意します）
※雨の日は中止となりますのでツアー前日までに連絡出来る体制にします

お手伝いして頂ける方の募集人数は若干名ですが興味ある方は試験的にツアー行程を
走りますので参加してみてください

行程：台東区花川戸（墨田公園近く）集合→墨田公園→汐入公園→スカイツリー→上野公園→不忍池→谷中周辺→集合場所へ戻る
行程Ｋｍ　２０～２５キロ　概ね２～３時間

※実際のお手伝いの日程は毎週木曜日以外となりますがシフト制にしますので
ご自身の都合良い時に手伝って頂く事も可能です。
トライアル後お手伝い可能な方とＳＮＳグループ作成し情報交換出来るようにする予定です。

ＡＳＡＫＵＳＡ-Bike

We are looking for individuals who can assist in providing support for sports bicycle tours targeting foreigners.

We are planning to start operating a cycle tour business focused on sports activities for foreigners in the Asakusa-Ueno area from late June. We are looking for people who can accompany the tours for approximately four hours (8:00 am to 12:00 pm).

Although this is not an employment position, we will offer a reward of ¥3,000 to ¥4,000 (with basic Japanese conversation skills) after each tour.

During the tour, you will accompany the group from the back until you become familiar with the route. The tour includes two breaks of approximately two hours in total (one hour each), allowing for free time to rest, so it should not be too physically demanding.

I believe this opportunity is perfect for individuals who want to train while riding sports bicycles.

Ideally, you should bring your own bicycle, but if you don't have one, we can provide it for you. We currently have road bikes, cross bikes, and mountain bikes available.

Please note that wearing a helmet is mandatory during the rides (we can provide one if you don't have your own). In case of rain, the tour will be canceled, so we will establish a system to notify you by the day before.

We are looking for a few individuals who can help us with this opportunity. If you are interested, please join us for a trial run on either June 17th or 18th (Saturday or Sunday) at 8:00 am. (We will inform you of the meeting location if you are available.)

If you would like to participate in the trial run, please contact us, specifying your gender, age, and whether or not you have experience with sports cycling.

Please note that the trial run is unpaid, but we would appreciate your understanding.

(Trial run will be canceled in case of rain or rescheduled.)

Itinerary: Gather at Hanakawado, Taito City (near Sumida Park) → Sumida Park → Shiokaze Park → Tokyo Skytree → Ueno Park → Shinobazu Pond → Yanaka area → Return to the meeting point.
Distance: Approximately 20-25 kilometers, lasting around 2-3 hours.

Number of recruits: 6 or more (open to anyone interested in sports, regardless of gender or age).
*The actual assistance schedule will be on different days, except Thursdays, and we will operate on a shift basis, allowing you to help at your convenience. After the trial run, we plan to create an SNS group for those who are available to assist and exchange information.

Assistance tasks:

Accompanying the tour (riding alongside the group): One person per tour (based on weekly shifts).
Desired qualifications:

Individuals with an interest in and knowledge of bicycles, who adhere to traffic rules and have a high level of safety awareness.
Those who are skilled in customer service and possess excellent communication skills,
Individuals who value teamwork, are flexible in their approach to work, and can work cooperatively.
It would be a plus if you have experience in bike rental maintenance or possess knowledge of bike repairs.
Individuals who can assist with a flexible shift schedule.
Compensation: Tour assistance reward (including rental bike insurance).
