自宅の隣にある倉庫です。
使用していないため貸し出したいと考えています。
画像からは分かりづらいですが、それなりに広いスペースがあり、少し天井も低く狭いですが2階もあります。
鍵は設置しておりませんので、借主様で設置してご利用くださいませ。

駐車場ですが、倉庫の駐車場は自宅スペースの駐車場となっているので、倉庫に荷物を詰め込む際は正面のシャッターから入れていただくことになります。事前に使用する事を伝えて頂ければ倉庫横の駐車スペースを空けておくことも可能です。

また床部分ですが部分的に底が抜けやすくなっている箇所、破損しているところがあります。また、トイレ等もありません。電気は使用できますが、明かりをつけるくらいなら可能です。何かをするために大きな工具を使用するには向いていません。

店舗として使用したいというというお問い合わせをいただきましたが、あくまでも倉庫としてのみの使用に限定しています。その他の用途に使用する場合はお断りしています。

その点をご承知のうえ、内見をお願いいたします。

条件は火災保険（家財）、保証会社加入になります。

There is no key installed, so please install it by the tenant.

The parking lot of the warehouse is used as the parking lot of the home space, so when you pack your belongings into the warehouse, you must enter through the shutter in front of the warehouse. If you let us know in advance that you will be using the parking space, we can leave a parking space next to the warehouse open.

Also, there are some parts of the floor that are damaged or have loose bottoms. There are no toilets or other facilities. Electricity is available, but you can only turn on the lights. It is not suitable for using large tools to do anything.

We have received inquiries about using the space as a store, but it is only for use as a warehouse. We do not permit use for any other purpose.

Please be aware of this point before making a preliminary inspection.

The conditions are fire insurance (for household goods) and a guarantee company subscription.
