シェアハウス業界最大手・株式会社オークハウスが主催する「戸田Summer Fes」を埼玉県戸田市で開催します！

オークハウスは、関東圏を中心に219軒のシェアハウスを運営しているシェアハウス運営管理会社です。
本イベントは、オークハウスが管理する約80名規模の大型シェアハウス「ランドマーク戸田」にて開催いたします。

来場予定人数は100名程を予想しており、外国人の方が多くいらっしゃる見込みです。
会場では、かき氷やたこ焼き、スーパーボールすくい、射的など、夏祭りの定番屋台が出店。オークハウスの入居者によるフードの出店も募集中の為、店舗がいくつか増える見込みです。
屋台だけでなく、アートの展示やパフォーマンスステージ、浴衣の着付け体験も実施します。
イベントの最後には参加者みんなで踊る「盆踊り」も予定しています。

アート展示、パフォーマンス出展は、外部の方からも出展を募集しています。
また、夏祭りの最後に参加者全員で盆踊りを踊ります。
盆踊りが得意な方、簡単に教えることができる方も併せて募集しています。（英語が出来なくてもかまいません）
謝礼等はございませんが、参加費1,000円が無料になります。（屋台で使用できる1,000円分のチケット付）出展中、出演の前後などイベントを自由にお楽しみいただいてかまいません。大勢の前でパフォーマンスを披露してみたい方や海外の方と交流したい方などぜひご応募ください。
ボランティアではなく、遊びに来たい方も大歓迎です！

Oakhouse Co., Ltd., the largest share house operator in Japan, is hosting the "Toda Summer Fes" in Toda City, Saitama!
Oakhouse manages 219 share houses primarily in the Kanto region. This summer festival will be held at Landmark Toda, one of Oakhouse’s largest share houses with around 80 residents.
We’re expecting about 100 attendees, many of whom will be international residents.
The festival will feature classic Japanese summer festival booths such as shaved ice, takoyaki, super ball scooping, and target shooting. In addition, we’re accepting applications from Oakhouse residents to run their own food stalls, so more vendors may be added.

Beyond food, the festival will include art exhibitions, stage performances, and a yukata dressing experience. At the end of the event, everyone will join together for a traditional Bon Odori dance.

We are currently looking for external participants to:
・Display their art
・Perform on the stage
・Help lead the Bon Odori (even if you don’t speak English)


There is no payment, but participants will receive free admission (normally ¥1,000), which includes ¥1,000 worth of food tickets that can be used at the booths.
During your free time before or after your performance or exhibition, feel free to enjoy the rest of the festival!
If you enjoy performing in front of a crowd or would like to interact with people from around the world, we’d love to hear from you!
Those who want to come and play, but not volunteer, are also welcome!
