アパート等を借りる際は初期費用、家具家電等で多くの出費が掛かりますが、当物件は家具家電付きですので、初期費用はほとんど掛かりません。

Parking is available nearby. (2 minutes walk) Men and women allowed.

Utilities are calculated on a monthly basis, so common charges will change every month.

Personally, I am often away from work.
It is okay to apply with two friends, but the amount will vary.
If we can meet, we will contact you directly, but if that is not possible, we will contact you via LINE, etc.
If you rent an apartment, etc., you will have to spend a lot of money on initial costs, etc., and you will also need to prepare furniture, home appliances, etc., which will cost a lot of money.
In a share house, you basically only need to pay the rent and utilities while living there.
