Machida Station owns two real estate and two companies. There are several in Tokyo.
Machida is a student district that is relatively inexpensive and has almost everything except movie theaters.
It is a perfect city for working people and families.
There are many free zoos and large parks.
30 minutes to Shinjuku / Yokohama.
If you use a romance car, you can go to Omotesando, Kasumigaseki, Tokyo Station (Otemachi) with reserved seats even during the morning rush hour.
The Shinkansen is via Shin-Yokohama Station, which is 15 minutes away.
Airplanes (Haneda and Narita) have highway buses from Machida Station.
As for the outlet, there is Cranberry Park in Minami Machida, 15 minutes to Ebina LaLaport, and there are countless share cars within a 5-minute walk. This is the city where I have lived the longest since I moved 14 times.
