【管理人から一言】
お部屋は改装により内装も新しく、各部屋にはエアコン、20型TV、小型冷蔵庫、テレビ台、机、スタンドミラー、炊飯器、ドライヤー、布団、毛布、バスタオル、フェイスタオル等。鍵付きですので個室でありプライバシーが確保できます。
女性でも安心して生活して頂けるようにしております。(入居の際は個室となります。)
お風呂は一人ずつ湯舟のお湯の入れ替えですので綺麗ですよ！
1部屋をお友達2人でシェアOKです。
その場合契約のお部屋料金の半額となります。

・保証金（敷金）:無し
・連帯保証人無し
・身分証明書の提示及び写しの提出・緊急連絡先をお願い致します。
・喫煙不可(建物内は不可、但し駐車場内は一部可)です。
・家賃は先払です。
・ペット不可です。
・軽自動車駐車ご希望の場合は駐車料金は月額10,000円です。
