・喫煙不可(建物内は不可、但し駐車場内は一部可)です。
・家賃は先払です。

・自動車駐車ご希望の場合は駐車料金は月額8,000円です。（車高158㎝までの車に限る）

For example, it is the rule of the local government that Kyoto-shi purchases garbage for the classification, and take out garbage, but free, the garbage bag for the classification prepares, too.

It is really more than a price!
