令和2年1月より、1部屋空きがでました！週間単位、長期は相談の上!

宜野湾のLiving Gaccinaが6月より中長期滞在者向けTony's Livingに変わります。米軍住宅を改装した個室(25平米)2部屋、1部屋当り週間単位/10000円で提供します(2名時は15000円)。共用のリビングスペースも広く、キッチンと共に自由にお使い頂けます。駐車場も無料で、車の貸出しも1日/2000円で出来ます。私は昼はいません。猫が2匹います。先ずはお気軽にご連絡下さい。
なるべく長期の方が望ましいです。

One Room Available from October 1st.

I am currently renting a 25m2 room for ¥10000 per week, if two ¥15000 (avail. Oct.1) in my 3 bedroom home in Ginowan, Okinawa which includes utilities, cable, wifi, ; shared common areas. There are a large living room, kitchen eating area, and a dining room.
All I ask for are basic critical behaviors & transparency that are important to a healthy home environment for everyone.

I have attached random photos of the house but you get the idea.

1) Pay rent on time without me asking
2) clean any messes you make in common areas (life is messy so I don't expect perfection)
3) Be respectful/mindful enough to not keep everyone up at night. No one is perfect and sometimes we forget to be quiet, but within reason.
4) I have cats in my house.
5) No drugs or smoking.
6) Doesn't require a whole lot of fridge space.
7) Car is available for ¥2000/Day.

I am Japanese, a 60 year old company owner so in daytime out of house. I am responsible yet easy going & try not to take life too seriously, glass half full type of personality.
