This is a very rare old-school kei car with the classic 4-cylinder turbo engine and manual gearbox, which are becoming harder and harder to find. On top of that, this is the late-model Aero Down Custom, the highest trim level available. The L602 5MT itself is already extremely rare, but this specific grade almost never comes up for sale.
