女性でも安心して生活して頂けるようにしております。(入居の際は個室となります。)
お風呂は一人ずつ湯舟のお湯の入れ替えですので綺麗ですよ！
1部屋をお友達2人でシェアOKです。
その場合契約のお部屋料金の半額となります。

【募集対象及び条件等について】
・保証金（敷金）:入居者募集キャンペーンに付き保証人がおられる場合は保証金無料です!!
・連帯保証人(注意:連帯保証人が無い場合は契約する家賃の１か月分をお願い致します。)
・身分証明書の提示及び写しの提出・緊急連絡先をお願い致します。
