歯磨き粉を贈呈。

他のシェアハウスでは自己負担が多いですが、共益費1万円に全て含まれています。
その為、共益費に無料WI-FIや日用品や調味料や消耗品等が用意しております。
例えば、京都市は分別用のゴミを購入してゴミを出すのが自治体のルールですが、その分別用のゴミ袋も無料でご用意しています。

1部屋をお友達2人でシェアOKです。
その場合15,000円と共益費10,000円となります。

・喫煙不可(建物内は不可、但し駐車場内は一部可)です。
・家賃は先払です。
・ペット不可です。
・軽自動車駐車ご希望の場合は駐車料金は月額10,000円です。
