A. We only charge rent for the month of moving in.

A. If there is a room available, you can move in right away.
Q. Can I move in with a friend?
A. You can share one room with two friends.
In that case, you will have to pay 10,000 yen more on rent and 10,000 yen more on maintenance fees.
Q. Can I move in without a tour?
A. In order to prevent mismatches between residents, we always ask that you tour the house before moving in.
If you are unable to tour the house because you are far away, such as in the countryside or overseas, please contact us.

■Social House is a private-focused share house that started in Kyoto in 2017.
It originally started when a senior from high school asked me if I could borrow his house because he was going to live with his parents as a two-generation family.
I wanted to turn this house, which was filled with memories of his parents, into a place filled with love, so I decided to turn it into a share house.
I don't just want to make it an ordinary share house, but I also want to create a space where all the residents feel like family.
Have you ever lived alone and come home to a cold room after work?
Having people in your home also brings warmth. I think it's really nice to be able to say "welcome home" and "I'm leaving" as if it were a given.
In addition to the good things, I think there are also some concerns about living in a share house.
Living in a share house can bring with it many concerns, such as not having enough time to yourself or being able to live with others.
For people like you, there is a social house. By adopting a manager system, there are no problems between residents. Imagine having a manager in an apartment building, but that can be a little scary.
In a social house, everyone lives together while respecting each other's privacy, so it feels like a one-room apartment, and we often hear people say they are happy and glad they chose this share house.
