こんにちは、初めまして。

混合6人制硬式バレーチームのメンバー募集中です。

男女の人数を均等にするため、募集しています。

「私の紹介」と「募集要項」は以下です：

「私の紹介」
•約7ヶ月の初心者（男性）です。
•31歳です。
•今年初めまで７年近くイギリス🇬🇧にいました。
•性格は、オープンマインドで全然怒らない性格です。


「募集要項」
•男女混合（男性:女性＝18人:12人）。
•大会にできるだけ出たいと考えています。
•練習は週に２回以上あります（もちろん強制等ありません）。
•現在は30人のチームの中で、更に固定チームを作ってそれぞれ練習しているので、なるべく練習に参加できる方の方が良いと思います。
•できれば経験者かある程度プレイできる方が好ましいですが、練習して上達を考えてる方も大歓迎です！

また、チームの望む「雰囲気と文化」については以下の通りです：

「雰囲気と文化」
•しっかり物事を相手を尊重して伝えられる（アドバイスやチームのあり方等について）。
•ダークホース的なかっこよくて強いチーム。
•心と体が健康的なチーム；チーム内での変ないざこざやケンカ等はなるべく避け、もしそうなった場合はしっかりしたコミュニケーションで解決。
•プライベートとバレー両方充実できる環境。

以上、結構希望することが多いですが、端的にまとめますと、「平和、かっこいい、強い」チームです。

そして最後に、このチームは本当にメンバーが優しくて、バレーボール向上のために真剣で、笑顔ありのチームです！

Hi.

We are currently looking for members for our mixed six-a-side volleyball team.

We are currently recruiting to maintain a balance in numbers.

Here is "a bit about me" and "the recruitment details":

A Bit About Me
- I am a beginner (male) with about 7 months of experience.
- I am 31 years old.
- I lived in the UK for nearly seven years until the beginning of this year.
- I have an open-minded personality and rarely get angry.

Recruitment Details
- Mixed-gender (18 men: 12 women).
- We aim to participate in as many competitions as possible.
- We practice at least twice a week (of course, attendance is not mandatory).
- Currently, we are forming fixed teams within a group of 30, so it would be preferable for you to be able to attend practices regularly.
- While we prefer those with experience or some level of play, we also welcome those keen to improve through practice!

Regarding the "atmosphere and culture" we desire for the team, here are the details:

Atmosphere and Culture
- The ability to communicate respectfully about various matters (advice, team dynamics, etc.).
- A cool and strong team that surprises others.
- A team that values both mental and physical health; we aim to avoid unnecessary conflicts, and if they arise, we will resolve them through effective communication.
- An environment where both personal lives and volleyball can flourish.

In summary, while we have quite a few hopes, we are essentially looking for a "peaceful, cool, and strong team."

Lastly, I would like to emphasise that our team members are genuinely kind and serious about improving their volleyball skills, and there’s always a smile around!
