Job Overview Position: Scaffolding Worker / Construction Specialist (Assembly & dismantling) Compensation: Daily wage from ¥12,000 (Based on experience, skills, and certifications / Raises available) Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Break Time: 90 – 120 minutes total (Adjusted according to site conditions) Holidays: Sundays, National Holidays, Golden Week, Summer Holidays (Obon), Year-End & New Year Holidays Work Location: Job sites in/around Kashima City, Ibaraki (including sites in Chiba, Saitama, and Tokyo) Requirements: 18 years of age or older (due to safety regulations for high-altitude work) No academic background or prior construction experience required Preferred: Experience in scaffolding, or certifications in Slinging (Tamagake) / Mobile Crane operation Foreign Applicants: Valid visa permitting on-site physical construction work (Permanent Resident, Long-Term Resident, Spouse of Japanese National, or Specified Skilled Worker in Construction) Hiring Period: Open year-round (Immediate and flexible start dates available)
