Position Summary: The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage (F&B) and luxury hotel management sectors, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining the quality and luxury standards expected in a premium hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management: • Oversee daily operations of the F&B outlets and hotel services. • Ensure all departments operate smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company policies and standards. • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and service standards. 2. Staff Development: • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. 3. Guest Experience: • Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards of customer care and resolving any issues promptly and effectively. • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Financial Management: • Assist in budgeting on F&B and hotel operations. • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources. 5. Inventory and Supply Chain: • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of supplies and materials. • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and prices. • Implement inventory control systems to minimize waste and reduce costs. 6. Compliance and Safety: • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all operational areas. • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. 7. Strategic Planning: • Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and guest experience. • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in service delivery and operational processes. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management within the F&B and luxury hotel sectors. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Exceptional customer service and communication skills. • Proficiency in using hospitality management software and systems. • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis. • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
