インド人ヨガ講師、ガガンが福岡大名でハタヨガクラスを行います。このクラスはドネーション制のクラスです。ドネーション制とは実際に参加してみて、あなたが得られたモノに対してご自身で価格を決めてお支払い戴く制度です。価格は、自由に決めて頂いて結構です。

＊低コストでヨガを楽しんでいただくために、ドネーション制でクラスを開催しようと決めました。皆様お気軽にご参加ください。

日時: 2019年3月23日 (土曜日) 10:00-11:00

場所: レンタルスタジオ CREA クレア (〒810-0041 福岡県福岡市中央区大名１丁目５−４)

料金: ドネーション(寄付)制

当日は動きやすい格好でお越しください(女性用の更衣室あり)。ヨガマットは完備してあります。

ヨガ講師、ガガンについて

私はインド、ビハール州ムンゲール出身のヨガマスター、ガガンです。
伝統的にヨガをする家族の影響で幼少期から自然とヨガを始め、ヨガの道に進みました。父が教授として教鞭にとっていたヨガ学校ビハール・スクール・オブ・ヨガでヨガ哲学とヨガ科学を学びました。ビハール・スクール・オブ・ヨガは1963年に世界で初めて設立したヨガ専門の大学です。
公認のヨガ指導者として15年間で20万人の生徒を指導し、またアジア、ヨーロッパ、中東のリゾートホテルからヨガスタジオにかけて様々なクラスで指導をした経験があります。
私のヨガクラスではビハール・スクール・オブ・ヨガの概念に基づいて指導します。




Hatha Yoga Class with Yogi Gagan.
We are welcoming everybody for joining our Hatha Yoga class with An Indian Yoga Master, this class will be on Donation basis, the idea of making a donation class is to make it low cost yoga class. It's up to the participants whatever they feel they can contribute after the Yoga class.
Please feel free to join us.

Place: Rental Studio CREA (5-4, 1Chome, Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka, Japan)

Fee: Donation Based


Please wear comfortable dress for yoga practice. (There is a changing for woman.)We have yoga mats for all students.

About Gagan

I'm Yoga Master Gagan from India, I have been grown up in the yogic environment in my hometown the city of yoga Munger, Bihar, India. My Yogic education is from my family traditions and my Guru Swami Satyananda Saraswati. I have started yoga at the age of 12 as children and youth yoga fellowship active member in Bihar School of Yoga in India where my father was a Professor of Yogic philosophy and sciences. Bihar School of Yoga is the first Yoga University in the world, established on 1963 by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. I am a certified Yoga Teacher and I have done various courses in Applied Yogic Science from the Bihar School of Yoga India. With over 15 years teaching experience and having taught nearly 200,000 people around the world. My classes are based on the teachings of Bihar School of Yoga, the foremost-integrated Yoga system in the world. Currently, owning an institute of Yogic studies ( Omi Yoga) in my hometown in India and working as a Yoga Faculty with Yoga Schools in Rishikesh Himalaya, India. I am a visiting Yoga Master in five star Resorts, Yoga Studios in Asia, Europe, and Middle East to provide simple, scientific and systematic yoga classes for all purposes.
