[自己紹介と概要]
初めまして。
私は名古屋大学工学研究科に通っている学生です🙇‍♂️
現在、大学院プログラムの中で「プロダクト開発」を行うこととなっており、私を含めた3人のチームでは「高齢者モニタリングシステム」の企画を行っています。
しかし、メンバーが全て工学部の学生のため、商品のニーズ調査に難航しており、また介護やリハビリテーションに関する知識も皆無なので中々社会的にニーズのある商品が企画されていないと感じています。
そこで、私たちの企画に興味を持っていただけるメンバーを募集させていただきたいと思います。希望としては、介護や看護、リハビリテーションに関する知識や経験のある方が来てくださると大変ありがたいですが、もちろんそれに限定は致しません🙇‍♂️また、日本の方以外でも、日本語が話せなくても大丈夫です!

また、現行メンバーは学生なので、大学生や大学院生の方ですとお時間を合わせやすいかなと思っています！

[内容]
具体的に作成する商品は定まっていないので、商品の企画からディスカッションしていきます。
大まかな方向として、現在有力なのは高齢者の行動をユーザ側がスマホで見守るシステムです。
商品にニーズがあるのか、誰が使うのか、どこに問題があるのか、など初歩的な議論から一緒に進めていただきたいと思っています。
(参加の度合は自由に調節していただいて大丈夫です！ただ学生の企画なので、特に報酬などが出るわけではありません…。キャリア的には、ビジネス経験になるのでかなりプラスだと思います😁)
正直なところ私達現行メンバーもビジネス経験ゼロなので、適宜アドバイザーの方に相談しながら進めております…笑
なので正直、普通に看護学科です、とか人間工学部です、とかくらいで特に商品開発とかは知らない人でも全く問題無くて、それよりも興味を持って一緒に取り組んでもらえる方だとありがたいです！

[今後の予定]
およそ半年後に現行メンバーのうち二人が海外留学にいくため、そこまでにプロトタイプが完成している状態を目指しています。その後は、一時的に主メンバーが遠隔での作業となりますが、できるだけ作業は進めて、高齢者施設などで試験的に使ってもらえるようにアプローチしていき、ユーザ体験を元に商品を改善していきたいと思います。

[目標]
大学生の企画ではありますが、ぜひ実際の商品化まで進めたいと考えています。また、本プロジェクトは多くのメンターの方に恵まれているので、中々良い環境だと思っています🙌

[最後に]
学生の企画でそんな本格的にできるのか、と思われた方も多いと思います。しかし、本気で商品化を目指して取り組んだ過程で得られる経験は、きっと将来の可能性を広げてくれると信じています(とGacktさんがどこかで仰っていました😃)

[Self-introduction and overview]
Hi all!
I'm a student at the Graduate School of Engineering, Nagoya University, who's currently planning to perform "product development" in the graduate program, and a team of three including me is planning to develop the "elderly monitoring system". However, we found it difficult to search product needs without any knowledge of nursing care or rehabilitation because all the members are of the engineering area.
Therefore, we need members who're interested in our project of the elderly caring system. We cannot be more grateful if someone has knowledge and experience in nursing care, nursing and rehabilitation would come, but of course, we won't limit it! We want to talk to everybody interested in our project :)
In addition, there's no need to have experience in business or marketing. We'd like to learn and grow up together 😀(Actually none of us has much experience now...)

[Project content]
Since the specific product idea has not been determined, we're starting with product planning and discussions.
(We currently planning the monitoring system which provides an activity status of an elderly to a recipient via server while the activity status is analyzed using an AI system.)
We would like you to work together from a preliminary discussion on whether there is a need for the product or not, who uses it, or where a problem would be.
(As this is a school project, we cannot offer any salary nor bills.)

[Future plannings]
About half a year later, two of the current members will go abroad to study, so we are planning for a prototype to be developed by that moment. We work remotely while we're not in Japan, and I'd like to let the product be tried in facilities for the elderly and improve the product based on the user experience.

[Goal]
Although it is a student's project, We would like the product to be really commercialized.

[Finally;]
This project has just started recently, and worked by only young university students, however, we're working hard to accomplish our goal of commercialization!
We believe the experience through working in the project would be a marvelous career in your life:D
