The wood and leather upholstery is in good condition. The problem is under the seat when you flip the chair over. The cotton fabric backing is ripped in one and the other has a small tear and stain. You can cut that out and staple another layer or have the chairs reupholstered. But the chairs are usable. Perfect for furniture restorers. For pick up only. No packing materials provided.
