アパート物件補修・修繕　Maintenance Position for Air BnB Apartments / Sharehouses (Tokyo) 弊社はゲストハウスや賃貸住宅を管理する不動産会社で、メンテナンススタッフを募集しております。状況により、依頼日数が異なりますのでご相談させてください。 応募条件 ご自身の工具、車やトラックをお持ちの方（交通経費などもご相談ください。） 自動車免許必須 関連業務の経験や技術（全てでなくても良い） 関連する業務 簡単な作業、家具の取り付け、大工、塗装、壁紙、電気、配管、タイル、セラミックコンクリート、退去時などのクリーニング 作業案件ごとに見積もりを出していただきお願いする場合もございます。 作業内容により交渉可(試験期間有り) 英語に抵抗なく、海外などに関心のある方歓迎 責任感のある方 Property Management Company looking for a maintenance and repair person. Desired skills are carpentry, painting, wall paper, electrical, plumbing, tile, ceramics and concrete, etc. Please apply if you have your own tools, and ANY or all of these skills. Candidates with their own transportation and Japanese driver's license will be given priority consideration. Compensation is negotiable / job or 1,200 ~ 2,000 yen / hour(After trial period)　 There is a situation we might make estimation with you and compensation may depends on the task but not by hourly wage.
