As you know, we've been continued Online Virtual ZUMBA session from April and we have OUTDOOR in person session again like last month! For now we're planning to give once a month in person outdoor session and continue online session as well. Come join us our Zumba journey! We’ll meet and Zumba in the morning time so you can go around after Zumba! You have plenty of time on that day after happy Zumba :) Let’s start happy weekend with Zumba with us!!! ZUMBA is Latin Dance Fitness. It's not a dance class but a fun Fitness class. You don't need to have any dance experience. Also we use some African flavored songs!! Just come and enjoy with us! こんにちは！ 4月からずっとオンラインセッションを続けてきましたが、先月に引き続き対面セッションをまた開催します！ しばらくは、スタジオセッションはなしで、オンラインと、月一回程度の代々木公園ズンバを考えています！ 体調をしっかり確認していただき、安全に楽しめるようにご協力ください！ 朝10:00には終わるので、そのあと予定も入れられるし一日を有効に使える！ 週末の朝を私たちと一緒に爽やかなズンバで始めませんか？ ズンバはラテンの国コロンビアうまれのダンスフィットネスです！ ダンス経験はなくても大丈夫！楽しく音楽に合わせて体を動かせばトレーニングになります！ ラテンの曲中心ですが、アフリカンな曲も使います！ ぜひ遊びに来てくださいー！ 一緒に汗を流しましょう！ ----------------------------------------- -Place: Yoyogi Park 代々木公園 -Meeting Point: at the gate of Yoyogi Park near Harajuku Station. (Photo above) 原宿駅から行って一番近い、代々木公園の入り口の看板のところで会いましょう！（写真） -Meeting Time: 8:50am at the gate 朝8:50に代々木公園の入り口集合 -Zumba Time: 9:00-10:00am (We’ll walk together into the park after meetup.) 集合してからみんなで代々木公園の中に歩いて入り、ズンバします！ -Fee: 1000 yen (free for the 1st session for each person) 1000円（すべての人初回無料です！2回目からお願いします！） -Bring: Comfortable shoes/ Wear/ Drinks/ Towel/ and your happy energy :) Hand Sanitizer (if you have) スニーカー、動けるウエア、飲み物、タオル、ハッピーエナジー🔥😄 消毒用アルコール等（あれば！各自でご用意お願いします！） -Note: If you’re late, please feel free to message me on meetup. I’ll guide you to our Zumba place ;) もし集合に遅れたら、このミートアップのページか、私SAORIにミートアップでメッセージを送ってください！ズンバの場所まで案内します！👍 -Note2: If the weather is too bad, we cancel the session. We’ll post the situation the day before the session. 荒天の場合は中止です。 前日にミートアップページに投稿します！ -Note3: Be sure you are HEALTHY! And don't forget to wash your hands with soap before and after session! No high five & any body contacts! Keep 2m distance each other.
