42M Looking for English-Friendly Baseball // 42M 英語対応の野球を探しています

I'm 42 year old male with very little Japanese language skills looking for a foreigner-friendly team, living in Ebisu. Currently on a mixed team, mainly playing a 1-2 times a month on Saturdays. Have a newborn, so cannot play more than once a week.
Looking to play weeknights or Sundays. I played rep and varsity in highschool, then played other sports until landing in Japan 2 years ago, currently doing BJJ and lifting/volleyball. I play infield (2B/SS/3B) and outfield, used to pitch until HS, would like to start pitching again. I usually bat 3rd/4th, like to steal bases, ocassionally bobble balls here and there but usually solid.
If you need a stand in player or have a pickup game happening in central tokyo, not on a riverbed (the sun is too strong for summer without a dugout), please contact me.
Would prefer teams that focus on baseball, not social teams that bring over 12 players a game.

恵比寿在住の42歳男性です。日本語はほとんど話せません。外国人歓迎のチームを探しています。現在は男女混合チームに所属しており、主に月に1～2回、土曜日に試合をしています。子供がいるので、週1回以上はプレーできません。
平日の夜か日曜日にプレーできる方を募集しています。高校時代は代表チームと代表チームでプレーし、その後2年前に日本に来るまで他のスポーツをしていました。現在はブラジリアン柔術とリフティング/バレーボールをしています。内野（二塁・遊撃・三塁）と外野を守り、高校時代までは投手もしていましたが、また投手を始めたいと思っています。普段は三塁と四塁を打っています。盗塁が好きで、たまにボブルボールもしますが、基本的には安定しています。
代役が必要な方、または都心部でピックアップゲームを開催したい方（河川敷ではなく、夏はダッグアウトがないと日差しが強すぎるため）がいらっしゃいましたら、ご連絡ください。
1試合に12人以上の選手が集まる社交的なチームではなく、野球に力を入れているチームを希望します。
