Intercational Sharehouse Duchesse Miyabi is newly built and started operating in July, 2022. The exterior design is a giant cat face. Has it already become a new photo spot for town residents and foreign tourists?!
The cat artist who is in charge of the design also lives in Duchesse Miyabi. She incorporates cat designs to the building everywhere, from the building signboard to the interior, makes Duchesse Miyabi the best cat-styled sharehouse ever.
Ruru and Chiki (cats) are representatives of the residents, and 7 human beings also live in this house, most of them are from outside of Japan.
The house is extremely clean, because we do the cleaning every week, by ourselves.
Duchesse Miyabi is also a place for language exchanging(such as Japanese, English, Chinese, French, Thai, and Vietnamese are popular. ). Most of us are multilinguals.
2 minutes from the nearest station, Keihan/JR 2-way transportation is very convenient. Via free Wi-fi as well as wired LAN (CAT6a) terminal in all rooms, stable line of 1 Gbps is standard equipment here.
The living room is equipped with a 65-inch monitor, various game consoles such as Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5, and more than 100 types of board games.
Events with sister house ”Duchesse Rei” are held 2-3 times a month! Besides various food/ languages/game parties, cherry blossom viewing in spring, beach and BBQ in summer, Halloween and Christmas parties in autumn and winter are also indispensable. Please come to visit us and apply for a trial.
2022年新築、7月から運営開始した猫系シェアハウス「ドゥシェス雅」、建物の外観デザインも巨大な猫の顔になっていて、早くも町の住人や外国人観光客たちの新しい撮影スポットになっている？！
そのデザインを担当している猫アーティストの方もドゥシェス雅に在住しており、彼女は建物看板から内装まで所々猫のデザインを取り入れたおかげで、外から見ても中から見ても全国最強の猫系シェアハウスとなりました。
猫のルルちゃんとちきちゃんが住人代表を務めており、その下に人間の住人さんが現在7人、7割以上が外国籍です。
家の中はとてもきれいに保っています。その秘密は…私たち自身が毎週掃除しています。
語学のドゥシェス雅でもあり、日本語・英語・中国語・フランス語・タイ語・ベトナム語などの言語交換も盛んでおり、我々がほとんどマルチリンガルです。
