さいたま市 桜区
さいたま市の公民館にある体育館を使って卓球で気軽に楽しんで健康づくりをする仲間を募集します。卓球初心者でも大歓迎！ラケットはご持参ください。ボールは用意します。参加費は無料です。公民館の体育館を借りるのは定期的には難しいため取れたときに開催しますが、基本的には土曜日の夜を考えています。それか平日の夜になります。時間は7時から2時間ほどです。
We are looking for friends to join us for casual fun and health-building with table tennis using the gymnasium at the Saitama City Community Center. Beginners are welcome! Please bring your own racket. Balls will be provided. There is no participation fee. Since it is difficult to rent a gymnasium at a community center on a regular basis (competition is fierce!) We will hold the event when we can get it, but basically we are thinking of Saturday nights. Or it will be a weekday evening. The time is from 7:00 pm for about 2 hours.

一部屋、月３２０００円～。家賃は部屋のタイプや契約期間によって異なります。
礼金はありませんが、初めに敷金として４万円いただきます（退去時に破損等なにもなければ返却）。
また、新規契約手数料が１万円かかります（更新時は５０００円）。家具、寝具付ですが、消耗品は各自購入ください。
共有スペースの掃除も各自分担です。玄関先に自転車を止めることが可能です。
男女共有(外国籍OK！）となっていますが、各部屋は施錠できます。
トイレとお風呂は各１つです。
２人で１部屋を借りる場合は家賃がプラス１万円になります。

We have opened a new share house just an 8 minute walk from Misasagi subway station (or 15 mins walk from Keage station) in Kyoto City. We have renovated a 3LDK used house.
(1) Japanese style room (6 tatami mats) + closet + alcove + sunroom (4 tatami mats)
(2) Western-style room (6 mats) + closet + storage room + veranda
(3) Western-style room (7 mats) + closet + veranda
All three rooms are currently vacant. Each room has a balcony or a sunroom, so it gets good sunlight!

One room, from 32,000 yen. Rent varies depending on the type of room and contract period.
There is no key money, but you will be asked to pay a deposit of 40,000 yen (which will be returned if there is no damage when you move out).
There is also a new contract fee of 10,000 yen (5,000 yen for renewal). The apartment comes with furniture and bedding (no futon), but please purchase your own supplies.
You are responsible for cleaning the shared space. You can park your bicycle at the entrance.
The rooms are shared by men and women, but each room can be locked.
There is one toilet and one bathroom.
If two people rent a room together, the rent will be an additional 10,000 yen.
Utilities, wifi, and consumables (toilet paper, etc.) will be divided by the number of tenants.
The co-owner's janitor may stay in the barn and attic space a few days a week.
