長野市飯綱方面のハイエンドなバケーションレンタル物件のパートタイムの清掃スタッフを募集しております。 お仕事内容： ・シーツやタオルの洗濯 ・ベッドメイキング ・お風呂、トイレ、キッチン、シンクの掃除 ・ほこり取りや床の掃除機がけ（汚れがあれば拭いていただきます） ・ゴミの分別および持ち出し ・窓や鏡の拭き掃除 ・シャンプー、コンディショナー、洗剤、トイレットペーパーなどの補充 ・（冬季）薪ストーブの灰の除去 •BBQグリルの掃除（利用があれば） ・ベランダの掃除 ・その他、場合によりご相談の上、ご依頼することもございます。 募集要項； ・時間厳守で信頼できる方 ・スケジュールに柔軟に対応できる方（決まった時間や曜日ではありません） ・細部へも目が行き届く方 時給；1,500円 ※素晴らしい仕事をされる方にはさらにボーナスがプラスされる可能性があります。 ※交通費込みですが、ご住所によっては考慮いたします。 通常の労働時間：10時から15時の間 We are seeking a part time housekeeper for a high-end, one bedroom vacation rental house located in Ueda. Responsibilities include: -Washing and folding laundry (sheets and towels) -Making beds -Cleaning the bath, toilet, kitchen -Vacuuming and removing spots from the floor -Dusting -Separating and taking out garbage -Cleaning windows, mirrors -Polishing sink fixtures -Refilling items such as shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc. -Cleaning ash from wood burning stove -Cleaning BBQ grill if it is used -Sweeping veranda Other duties may be requested on a case by case basis. Qualifications: -Must be dependable and punctual -Must have a flexible schedule as working days change monthly -Good eye for detail -Previous housekeeping experience a plus An hourly payment of ¥1,500 will be offered with the chance to earn bonuses for superior work. Transportation costs are included, however we may be able to consider an adjustment depending on the address. Standard working hours: between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
