訪日旅行専門会社ジャパンエクスペリエンスです！ 私たちは東京・金沢・京都・高山でVACATION　HOUSEを運営・管理しています。 金沢市内で9物件を管理しており専任の清掃業者を探しています。 要件 義務には以下が含まれます チェックアウト後の家の掃除 ベッドメイキング・布団設置 消耗品の補充 清掃スケジュールと予約情報を確認するためにコンピューターを使用するできるかた 10:00～15:00の時間帯で空きあるかた 補償 支払いは家ごとになり、交通手段は提供されません 3000~6000円/家 We are Japan Experience, a company specializing in Japan-bound tours for foreigners. Often one of the highlights of our clients’ trips is staying in a Japanese minpaku or machiya. We manage 45 properties across 4 Japanese cities and are currently looking for dedicated cleaners who can work to a high standard and are 100% reliable. We manage 9 properties in Kanazawa city Reporting to our Housing Manager and local staff, you will be responsible for ensuring our managed properties are looking immaculate at every new check-in Requirements Duties will include Cleaning the house after checkout Bed Making / Futon set up Restocking consumables Ensuring the house is immaculately presented for the next guest arrivals Immediately reporting any significant problems to management immediately. Must be willing to use a computer for checking the cleaning schedule and booking information Have availability during the time 10AM ~ 3PM You will be part of a hard-working but fun, out-going and relaxed team. Compensation Payment will be per house and transportation will not be provided 3000~6000 JPY per house
