(It’s near too from Fukuoka City, Higashi-ku.) ◯If you’ll come to my house to pick up this furniture, please don’t forget enough preparation, for example enough size car or van to carry it. ◯Because it’s difficult to help you to carry this furniture out from my house, please don’t forget enough your helper too. This furniture is NOT small and light. ◯Long days have passed after our buying this furniture. There are, therefore, some scratch, stain, and fading. ◯It's UNABLE to accept return in any case after your purchasing. ◯If you would like to buy it, please come to my house until 24th April, Wednesday.
